We work with numerous insurance carriers that cover comprehensive eye exams and medical eye care visits related to conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, high blood pressure, and autoimmune disorders.
Our doctors bill your exam to the appropriate insurance carrier based on any medical findings during your visit.

How to Apply for Reimbursement
We accept a variety of vision insurance plans. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for:
- Comprehensive eye exams
- Prescription eyeglasses
- Prescription sunglasses
How to Submit a Claim for Reimbursement
1. Get the Out-of-Network Claim Form: Visit your vision insurance provider’s website to download the claim form. If Eye2Eye is not listed in your network, you can still apply for reimbursement using this form.

2. Include Your Itemized Receipt: We’ll provide you with a detailed receipt at checkout. Include this with your claim form.
3. Send the Form and Receipt to Your Insurance: Submit both documents directly to your vision insurance provider following their instructions.
4. Receive Your Reimbursement: Most claims are processed within 2 to 3 weeks. Reimbursement amounts vary, but many plans cover a large portion of the cost.
