Michelle Le, O.D.

Dr. Michelle Le was born and raised in Northern Virginia. For Dr. Le, optometry has been a personal and professional fascination. A family history of vision impairment due to a preventable sight-threatening condition made her well aware of the importance of eye care and how eye exams extend beyond providing corrective vision. At 15 years old, she started working as an optometric technician with a local Virginia optometrist. Her passion for optometry continued to develop throughout her studies at George Mason University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Dr. Le went obtained her doctorate of optometry at Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Training alongside numerous ophthalmologists and optometrists, Dr. Le gained valuable clinical experience in the treatment and management of ocular diseases in her optometric externships at OMNI Eye Services in Atlanta, GA, Eye Center of South Florida in Miami, FL, and Capital Eye Consultants in Fairfax, VA.

With Dr. Le’s return to Northern Virginia, it has become her mission to improve her patient’s vision through various methods of quality eye care and patient education. Dr. Le enables all patients under her care to feel comfortable, informed, and engaged in their eye health.

Dr. Le is fluent in Vietnamese and has limited professional proficiency in Spanish.

Kimberly Ho, O.D.

Dr. Kimberly Ho is a local; she was born and raised in Northern Virginia by parents who immigrated from Vietnam. Before becoming an optometrist, Dr. Ho always knew that she wanted to become involved in healthcare. After shadowing doctors of various fields, Dr. Ho ultimately became the most passionate towards the field of optometry. Her exposure to optometry made her further appreciate the importance of vision, and the optometrists’ role as the gatekeepers to ocular health and underlying conditions.

Dr. Ho attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate studies, in which she majored in psychology while completing her pre-med courses. Dr. Ho later then went on to obtain her doctorate of optometry at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Throughout her academic years, Dr. Ho was able to further solidify her clinical skills through multiple rotations with different ophthalmologists and optometrists in diversified practice settings. Professionally, Dr. Ho also has had prior experience in working with both commercial and primary care optometry.

As a clinician, Dr. Ho’s main goal is to provide quality care to each and every one of her patients. She strives to provide impactful professional and personalized vision care to the best of her abilities.
